Maintenance

The aim of maintenance is to guarantee asset availability and to reduce downtime of the components of a single monitoring station and / or an entire network.

A maintenance activity, which is performed with regularity and competence, limits the probability of failures and / or malfunctions, ensuring the maximum efficiency of each component, and the monitoring network as a whole. A further objective of this service is to check and certify constantly the quantity and the quality of the collected data.

MTX offers a full service maintenance carried out through periodical scheduled operations and on call in relation to system faults. The MTX maintenance program represent a synthesis between the prescriptions of the user and service manuals and the experience in the field gained over the years by its engineers.

Early intervention is guaranteed by a team of technicians with significant experience in the field of hydro-meteorological monitoring systems, as well as by an important availability in terms of spare parts and consumables. MTX engineers are regularly updated regarding the latest technologies and the use of diagnostic tools.
