Calibration

MTX has a well equipped calibration laboratory that allows its engineers to verify with extreme accuracy most instruments before they are put into the operating cycle.

The laboratory is fitted with tools for the simulation of physical parameters typical of meteorological monitoring and with measuring instruments that are periodically calibrated at Authorized Centres.

The certification of the equipment of the laboratory regards both the instrumentation for measuring physical parameters (weight, distance, temperature, etc..) and instrumentation for electrical measurements (voltmeters, ammeters, ohmmeters, etc..).

Calibration activities are carried out in line with the procedures formalized by MTX within the Company Quality System which is certified ISO 9001. In particular, internal control procedures ensure the link with any monitoring sensor supplied or in maintenance. On request, insight can be given to customers regarding the primary calibration certificates of the instruments and the adopted procedures for internal test.
